A simple yet incredibly effective utility device, the JHS Little Black Amp Box allows you to enjoy the natural overdrive and feel of a cranked valve amplifier at far more manageable volume levels. Designed to sit in your amplifier's series effects loop, it acts as a post-preamp master volume, letting you push your amp's preamp harder without excessive stage volume.

Featuring a completely passive design with a single Level control, the Little Black Amp Box requires no power and introduces no unnecessary circuitry into your signal path. Compact, rugged and easy to use, it's an invaluable addition for anyone using a valve amp with a serial effects loop.
