Our Service and Repair workshop is located in the City Centre of Aberdeen at 120 Crown Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6HJ. It’s only 5 minutes walk from Union Square, where both the Bus and Railway Stations are located.  There is also on street parking opposite the workshop.

We offer a personal local Collection and Delivery Service for customers who need repair services but are unable to visit us. This service is free, unless otherwise agreed with you, and is offered where appropriate and subject to our discretion. Contact our team and they will book your repair in and make the Collections arrangements with you. A member of our staff will then personally collect your item( instrument or amplifier ) from either your home, or work place, and can discuss the repair in further detail with you. We do not use couriers to provide this service for us, it’s entirely personal collection by our trained staff, who will handle your instrument with the care and respect it deserves.
